Trays for lithium-ion batteries

Due to the light weight of the lithium-ion batteries, the trays are equipped with additional counterweights in the form of heavy floor plates. Ballast plates can also be manufactured in accordance to the needs of the tray and the battery. These trays are manufactured based on special orders, while the additional details and requirements are discussed personally with the client.

• The basic material is sheet steel, the thickness of which varies from 3 to 8 mm.
• All trays are covered with a layer of plastic providing greater strength and higher corrosion resistance and are painted in the universal color RAL 7021.
